Ready Steady Cook.

Goatwood Dairy Cheeses

Goatwood Dairy is a small artisan cheese maker near Wragby in Lincolnshire.  They produce four cheeses from their own goats' milk.
Langton:  soft fresh cheese.
Bardney:  soft blue cheese.
Kingthorpe:  white mould-ripened cheese.
Apley:  white, rolled in ash and mould ripened.

All are lovely with a nice crusty loaf, like those sold by Seven Hills Bakery on the pop-up stall.

Baking Demonstration

On Tuesday April 15th, Jon. will be showing how to make pancakes, pikelets and scones in the Demonstration kitchen.
This will be at 11-00a.m. and there will be chance to taste the products as they are cooked.  Recipe sheets will be available for free, and the ingredients can be purchased at S & J's Pantry (stall 139) and other stall in the market.  Please ask at the stall for any more information.

Mr Fitzpatrick's cordials

We are pleased to announce that we have added three new cordials to our popular Mr Fitzpatrick's range.  They are:
Cranberry and Pomegranate;  Cream Soda;  Sour Cherry, Red Grape with Hibiscus.
This makes thirteen in the range.  The others are:
Dandelion and Burdock
Sarsaparilla
Ginger
Rhubarb and Rosehip
Lime and Lemongrass
Blackcurrant and Liquorice
Strawberry and Kiwi
English Elderflower and Bramley Apple
Blood Tonic
Lemon and Ginger
For a limited period we are offering customers the opportunity to try the cordials made up with sparkling water for 80p per glass.  Please come along and try as many as you like.
